Return & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (Web Apps)

Because access to digital content is delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. Nevertheless, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so the following limited exceptions apply:

Situation Our commitment
Non‑delivery or access problems If you do not receive access within 24 hours of purchase or cannot log in, email us within 7 days. We will restore access or issue a full refund.
Duplicate purchase Accidental double orders will be fully refunded once verified.
Irreparable technical fault If a confirmed, critical defect prevents normal use of the app and we cannot fix it within 14 days, you may request a full or partial refund.
EU / UK right of withdrawal By ticking the consent box at checkout you request immediate access and waive the normal 14‑day withdrawal right. If you have not yet downloaded or used the product, you may still cancel within 14 days.

Non‑refundable reasons: change of mind, suitability for a specific workflow, or failure to meet individual hardware/software preferences once access has been granted.

How to request: Email contact@3d‑farmers.com with your order number, explanation and (where relevant) screenshots. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days; bank processing times may vary.


2. Physical Products

2.1 Return window

We accept returns up to 30 days after the delivery date if the item is unused and in its original packaging.

2.2 Refund amount

We refund the full item price minus outbound and return‑shipping costs, except where the product arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item.

2.3 Damaged or defective goods

If your order arrives damaged, email contact@3d‑farmers.com within 48 hours. Include your order number plus clear photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund case‑by‑case.

2.4 Exchanges

Need a different size or model? Email us first. After we confirm stock, send the original item back; we will ship the replacement once the return is received and inspected.

2.5 Items not eligible for return

  • Download codes, gift cards or any digital content

  • Customized or made‑to‑order items

  • Items marked Final Sale

2.6 Return procedure

  1. Email us to obtain an RMA number and the correct return address.

  2. Pack the item securely; include the RMA number inside the parcel.

  3. Use a trackable shipping service; retain proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving the return. If you have not seen the credit after 14 days, first check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us.
