The Automator
World-record-breaking engineer turned 3D-print fanatic. After a decade in R&D he built FarmLoop so our printers hustle while he drinks coffee, then spills every win and flop on YouTube so you can skip straight to “profit.”
We are 3D Farmers, a small team in Winterthur, Switzerland. We build automation for desktop 3D printers that gets more output out of every printer and lowers the cost of goods, so local production can work anywhere in the world.
3D Farmers started with a couple of Ender 3 printers in a basement. The plan was to produce in Switzerland, and to do it as a side hustle. That only works if the printers keep running overnight and over the weekend, when nobody is there to take the finished parts off the plate.
So in 2022 Yanyan started developing automation for desktop 3D printers: get the finished part off the plate, start the next print, repeat. No one has to stand next to the machine.
That side project became FarmLoop. Today it runs on Bambu Lab, Prusa, Snapmaker and Elegoo printers, in print farms of makers and small businesses around the world.
The people behind FarmLoop.

The Innovator
Ex-consultant and product engineer builds new CremaLoop coffee gear and ride-ready MountLoop bike hooks. When he’s not dreaming up new stuff, he’s helping customers, feeding the printers, and keeping the whole system humming.

The Operator
David keeps the farm running. He is responsible for production, testing, product development and customer support, so the kits that leave our workshop work the way they should.
If you want practical guidance and battle-tested workflows to grow your 3D print business, you’re in the right place.
Stage 2 kits for Bambu Lab, Prusa, Snapmaker and Elegoo, and a community of print farmers who share what works.
